PSV trigger permanent move for USMNT’s Tillman

United States forward Malik Tillman has made a permanent move to PSV Eindhoven after spending this season on loan from Bayern Munich, it was announced on Friday.

Tillman scored nine league goals in 26 matches as PSV lifted the Eredivisie title this season. PSV announced he has signed a new contract keeping him at the club until 2028.

“Malik Tillman came to Bayern as a youth player, developed into a professional here and has now become a key player in Eindhoven,” Bayern sporting director said in a statement. “He continues the long list of young players who have made the cut in professional football after coming through at Bayern. We wish him all the best for his future.”

Tillman graduated from Bayern’s acadmey when he made his senior debut in 2020. He enjoyed a loan move to Rangers in 2022 before another loan move to PSV last summer.

The 21-year-old has 10 international caps for the USMNT.
