Tottenham announced they have launched their own beer brand, ahead of their home clash against Premier League leaders Liverpool on Saturday.

The club announced the beer, named One Of Our Own — a reference to a terrace chant about forward Harry Kane — will be brewed in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as part of a collaboration with craft beer supplier, Beavertown.

With a strength of 4.9%, the club said the beer is made up of European hops and has its roots in the classic British IPA.

“Beavertown’s Neck Oil is already a half-time favourite, and we wanted to add to this by offering something new at the start of 2020,” Spurs fan and Beavertown marketing director Tom Rainsford said.

“Supporting a club is in your bones and this beer feels the same. It’s familiar, yet distinct. A satisfying pint that makes you feel at home.

“We see Spurs as the beating heart of the Tottenham community, a central hub for football fans and residents alike. We both share values of bringing people together, creating revolutionary experiences and even world firsts like our microbrewery inside the stadium.”

Tottenham sit seventh in the Premier League ahead of their clash with Liverpool, who have only failed to win once in the league this season.
